FOOD FITNESS by phone is a selection of healthy eating lifestyle programs to help restore and maintain health, energy, and natural weight. Programs are conducted via weekly interactive teleconference calls - both live and recorded for ultimate support and convenience.

Based on natural foods and simple, time-honored concepts, these versatile programs take into account individual needs and can benefit every member of the family. It is a convenient, innovative approach to making lasting, healthful changes in your diet - and enjoy doing it!

Individual coaching and consulations are also available.


Three Program Categories

To suit a variety of needs, FOOD FITNESS programs are divided into three categories - each designed to help you formulate and integrate an Eating for Health lifestyle that works for YOU. Choose from:

ABOUT TELECONFERENCE CALLS

FOOD FITNESS by phone Tele-programs are conveniently conducted via teleconference call from wherever you are. They are live and interactive, so you can listen to lectures, contribute to discussions, ask questions and make commitments to individualized action steps. Just dial the telebridge line number given upon registration at the designated time and you've arrived. Bathrobe and slippers preferred attire!

Inspired by the successful navigation of her own healing journey, Kelly Hayford, M.A., C.N.C. is a nutrition and health coach, author, speaker, and healthy lifestyle educator. She has over 17 years experience in the holistic healthcare field and is certified as a nutritional consultant, herbalist, and coach. Kelly has successfullly helped thousands of people of all ages regain their health, energy, and natural weight.

As a recovered junk-food junkie formerly in a state of chronic dis-ease, Kelly knows what it takes to get from where you are to where you want to be when it comes to diet and health issues.

There is no quick fix or one-size-fits-all when it comes to truly healing the body/mind system. That’s why nutrition and health coaching is so effective: it is an ongoing process that addresses individual needs and the underlying causes of dis-ease.

It is a whole life approach that combines education, recommendations, accountability, and your input, to create a personalized plan of action; a flexible plan of action that may include any combination of the following:

~ exercise appropriate for you

~ working in tandem with other healthcare providers

SPECIAL INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM

For those who qualify and are experiencing mild to severe symptoms. Includes 3 - one hour telephone sessions per month and e-mail support for a 3, 6 or 9 month commitment. Internet access helpful, but not required. Sessions may be broken up into 15 or 30 minute segments as needed.

FEE: $225 month (Regularly $300 - a $75 savings)
